3- ( 3′-异氰酸酯基 - 4′-甲基苯胺基羰基 )氧基 - 5 -甲基 -异唑借助于乙二胺与苯乙烯 -马来酸酐交替共聚物的接枝聚合物 ,在模拟的应用环境中经水解和 /或微生物降解等过程可以以有效剂量持续释放出具有杀菌性的活性组分 ,其杀菌活性与 3-羟基 - 5 -甲基异唑 (恶霉灵 )基本一致 ,持效期至少 40天。在同等条件下 ,恶霉灵在第 40天已完全失效。
isocyanato 4′ methylanilinocarbonyl)oxy 5 methylisoxazole was link ed with poly (styrene alt maleic anhydride) via ethylenediamine. The polymeric fungic ide would release the active agent in a reasonable amount, by the processes of h ydrolysis and/or bio degradation. Its biochemical performance was coincidental with 3 hydroxy 5 methylisoxazole(Hymexazol) in the applied medium, measured b y the prime biochemical test and its bio activity would last for at least 40 da ys while 3 hydroxy 5 methylisoxazole would completely lose its performance w ithin 40 days under the same conditions.
