由聚苯乙烯负载烯基硒醚固相合成(E)-1,2-二取代乙烯 被引量:4

Solid-Phase Synthesis of (E)-1,2-Disubstituted Ethenes by Polystyrene-Supported Vinyl Selenides

摘要 聚苯乙烯负载硒溴与炔基锂反应合成聚苯乙烯负载炔基硒醚 ,再与LiAlH4 反应制得聚苯乙烯负载反式烯基硒醚 ;此负载型烯基硒醚在NiCl2 (PPh3 ) 2 存在下与格氏试剂发生的偶联反应 ,提供了一种有效的 (E) - 1,2 Treatment of polymer-supported selenium bromide with lithium acetylides afforded polymer-supported selenoacetylene, which reacted with LiAlH 4 giving a way for stereoselective synthesis of polymer-supported (E)- vinylic selenides. Cross-coupling reaction of polymer-supported (E)- vinylic selenides with Grignard reagents in the presence of NiCl 2(PPh 3) 2 as catalyzed yielded (E)-1,2-disubstituted ethenes on solid-phase.
