摘要
根据非圆齿轮节曲线曲率的凹凸特性 ,将一个非圆齿轮的插齿加工过程看作是对非圆内齿轮加工和外齿轮加工的两个过程 .阐明了非圆齿轮内齿加工与外齿加工的本质区别取决于该非圆齿轮节曲线的凸凹特性 ,提出了非圆齿轮是由多个具有不同齿数、相同模数、相同压力角的圆柱轮组成的概念 ,进而提出了非圆齿轮折算齿数的概念 .利用非圆齿轮折算齿数的分析方法 ,将非圆齿轮的过渡曲线干涉问题转化成圆柱齿轮的干涉问题进行简化分析 .给出了插齿加工的非圆齿轮产生过渡曲线干涉的条件 ,得出了避免这种干涉的有效办法 .
The shaping process of non circular gears consists of manufacturing of internal non-circular gears and dxternal non circular gears according to the curvature character of pitch curves of non circular gears. The essential differences between internal non circular gear and external non circular gear are clarified.The concept that a non circular gear is composed of several cylindric gears with different teeth numbers, the same modular and same pressure angles is proposed.Thus,Equivalent Teeth Number (ETN) is set forth.Using the analysis method of non circular gear's ETN, the analysis of transition curve's interference of non circular gear is transformed into that of cylindric gear.The transition curve's interference conditions are given.The effective method to avoid the transetion curve's interference is given according to transition curve's interference conditions.
