摘要
依据新经济增长理论 ,本文研究了 2 0世纪 90年代中国经济增长动态。分析发现 :中国东中西部经济发展分别收敛不同的均衡点 ,目前已经出现国家整体上开始转向经济收敛、同步发展的关键时期 ,但是否收敛 ,与下一步的区域投资政策有关。
This paper investigates trends of economic growth in China during the 1990s using new theories of economic growth. We show that the economic development in eastern, central and western parts of China converged at different equilibrium points. Now is a critical period of time: economic convergence is beginning to take place in China as a whole, and all parts of the country begin to develop in step with one another. However, the ultimate convergence will hinge on regional investment policies.
