中药促排卵汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of TCM ovulation-promoting decoction in treating ovulation dysfunction infertility

目的:观察中药促排卵汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床效果。方法:将我院2012年1月—2016年1月收治的60例排卵障碍性不孕患者分为对照组及研究组各30例,对照组采用克罗米芬治疗,研究组采取中药促排卵汤治疗,比较其临床疗效。结果:两组患者临床疗效差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药促排卵汤值得推广使用。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of TCM ovulation-promoting decoction in treating ovulation dysfunction infertility. Methods: 60 patients with ovulation dysfunction infertility, treated in our hospital from January 2012 to 2016 January, were divided into the control group and the research group, with 30 cases in each group, the control group was treated with clomiphene citrate while the research group received TCM ovulation-promoting decoction treatment. The clinical curative effects were compared. Results:The clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly different, which was of statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM ovulation-promoting decoction was worth popularizing and applying.
