摘要
葱为百合科植物,是我国的一种普遍的调味品,具有抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗亚硝酸盐等现代药理药效作用,本文综述了葱的药理药效,以期为大葱的推广提供理论依据。
Onion is liliaceous plant, it is a common condiment in our country, which has antibacterial, antitumor, resistance to nitrite modern pharmacological effects. This paper reviews the onion pharmacological effects, in order to provide theoretical basis for the green Chinese onion.
