运用紫草油外敷治疗化疗类药物外渗的护理临床观察24例

Clinical observation on nursing 34 cases of chemotherapy drug extravasation with the Zicao oil

目的:研究紫草油外敷治疗化疗类药物外渗的护理。方法:对对照组12例化疗药物外渗患者采用封闭治疗,治疗组12例另外配合紫草油外敷护理。结果:治疗组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:紫草油外敷对化疗类药物外渗的护理效果满意,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To study efficacy of the Zicao oil on chemotherapy drug extravasation. Methods: 12 patients in the control group were given closed treatment; the treatment group took the Zicao oil more. Results: Clinical efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The nursing for chemotherapy drug extravasation with the Zicao oil is satisfactory, and worthy of application.
