A-T形皮瓣联合负压封闭引流装置修复老年性骶尾部褥疮

Clinical observation on therapeutic effect of A-T shaped flap with vacuum sealing drainage repairing elderly sacrococcygeal pressure sores

目的:探讨应用A-T形皮瓣联合负压封闭引流装置(NPWT)修复老年性骶尾部褥疮的疗效。方法:2010年1月-2016年3月,共收治70例老年性骶尾部溃疡型褥疮,褥疮根据美国褥疮指导小组(NPUAP)分期标准均为3、4期,采用A-T形皮瓣联合封闭引流装置修复老年性骶尾部褥疮,有骨外露时先予肌瓣覆盖。结果:术后8d出现3例出现皮下血肿,经针管抽吸、换药处理后皮瓣成活,其余皮瓣均顺利成活,切口均Ⅰ期愈合。术后随访6个月至1年,骶尾部褥疮均获得了满意的疗效,皮瓣颜色正常,外观及弹性良好。结论:本手术方法简单、损伤较小,是修复老年性骶尾部褥疮的手术方法之一,效果可靠。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of A - T flap and negative pressure drainage device (NPWT) onsenile sacral bedsore patients. Methods 70 patients on phase 3,4 Ulcerated senile bedsore from January 2010 to March 2016years,were included,Which is based on bedsore steering group (NPUAP) of the American.Bone exposed should be coveragedwith muscle flap before using A - T flap and NPWT to repair sacral senile bedsore. Results 3 cases with subcutaneoushematoma were healed in 8 postoperation by the suction in needle and dressing changes,the rest of transplanted tisssues weresuccessfully survived withⅠhealing of incision.Sacral tail bedsore were obtained the satisfactory curative effect, normal skincolor, appearance and good elasticity in postoperative follow-up of 6 months to 1 year. Conclusion The method is simple andless damage, which is one of reliable to repair on senile sacral bedsore .
