言语训练对脑卒中失语患者的预后影响

Effect of speech training on prognosis of patients with aphasia after stroke

目的:探讨言语训练对脑卒中失语患者临床疗效的影响。方法:收治脑卒中失语症患者60例,随机分为对照组和训练组,对照组采用常规神经内科护理措施,训练组在对照组的基础上加用言语训练,比较两组治疗效果。结果:训练组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相应的言语训练有利于脑卒中失语患者的语言功能恢复。

Objective:To explore the effect of speech training on prognosis of patients with aphasia after stroke.Methods:60patients with aphasia after stroke were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the training group.Thecontrol group was given routine nursing.The training group added speech training on the basis of the control group.We comparedthe therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the training group was significantly better than that of thecontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The corresponding speech training was beneficial to the recovery of language function ofpatients with aphasia after stroke.
