耐高温聚合物电介质材料的研究与应用进展 被引量:20

摘要 耐高温聚合物电介质材料以其优良的耐高温稳定性、优异的介电性能以及良好的耐环境稳定性等在电工绝缘领域中具有广阔的应用前景。系统综述了国内外近年来在耐高温聚合物电介质材料基础与应用领域的最新研究进展。从耐高温聚合物电介质材料的发展历史、结构特性以及应用研究等方面进行了综述。重点介绍了耐高温聚合物电介质材料在轨道交通牵引电机、新能源电力设备以及航空航天电气设备等电工绝缘领域中的应用状况。最后对耐高温聚合物电介质材料的未来发展前景进行了展望。 High-temperature resistant polymer dielectrics have been finding great potential applications in electrical insulating fields due to their excellent thermal stability at elevated temperatures,good dielectric properties,high environmental stability,and so on.This paper reviewed the latest progress of research and development for high-temperature resistant polymer dielectrics.The developing history,structural features,and applied research were systematically summarized.Then,the practical applications of high-temperature resistant polymer dielectrics in the field of electrical insulating areas were mainly introduced,such as rail transport traction motors,new energy power equipment,aerospace electrical equipment,and so on.At last,the future developing trends for high-temperature resistant polymer dielectrics were prospected.
