孕妇亚临床甲状腺功能减退症是临床常见的内分泌疾病之一,严重威胁了母婴安全,应提前进行预防与治疗。本文就孕妇亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的发病状况,以及近年来临床对孕妇亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的影响因素研究进展做一综述,并着重论述了孕妇亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的预防与治疗对策。

Subclinical hypothyroidism is one of the most common endocrine diseases in pregnant women,which it is a serious threat to maternal and child safety.This paper reviews the incidence status of pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism,focuses on the study of influence factors of subclinical hypothyroidism of pregnant woman,discusses the subclinical hypothyroidism of pregnant women's disease prevention and treatment ways.
