无锡市锡山区2002—2016年伤害死亡和潜在寿命损失分析

Analysis of Injury Death and Potential Life Loss in the Residents in Xishan District,Wuxi during 2002—2016

目的分析锡山区居民2002—2016年伤害死亡和潜在寿命损失,为预防和控制伤害提供科学依据。方法采用粗死亡率、标化死亡率、潜在减寿年数(PYLL)、标化潜在减寿率(SPYLLR)、平均减寿年数(AYLL)等指标对锡山区2002—2016年伤害死亡监测资料进行统计分析。结果 2002—2016年,锡山区伤害平均死亡率为108.61/10万,标化死亡率为66.27/10万,占全死因15.14%。男性伤害粗死亡率低于女性,但男性标化死亡率和AYLL均高于女性。锡山区伤害标化死亡率、SPYLLR与AYLL呈下降趋势,伤害死因前3位分别为非故意跌落、机动车辆交通事故和淹死。结论伤害已成为危害锡山区居民健康的重要公共卫生问题,应结合各类伤害发生的特征采取不同的干预措施。

Objective Analyzing the potential life loss due to injury death in the residents in Xishan District during2002to2016thus provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of injury death.Methods The mortality,standardized mortality,Years of Potential Life Loss(PYLL),Standardized Rate of Potential Years of Life Loss(SPYLLR),Average Years of Life Loss(AYLL)were calculated with the data of injury death during2002to2016in Xishan residents.Results From2002to2016,the average mortality of injury in Xishan District of Wuxi was108.61/106,and thestandardized mortality rate was66.27/106,accounting for15.14%of all deaths.The mortality of injured males was lowerthan that of females,whereas the mortality and AYLL of males were higher compared to females.The overallstandardized mortality,SPYLLR,and AYLL of injury death in Xishan district showed a downward trend during2002-2016.The first three leading causes of injury death were accident fall,traffic accident and drowning.Conclusion Injuryhas become an important public health problem endangering the health of residents in Xishan District.Effectiveintervention measures should be taken in accordance with the characteristics of various injuries.
