中草药提取物对广西麻鸡免疫器官组织形态学的影响

Effect of Herbal Extracts on the Histomorphology of Guangxi Chicken Immune Organ

为研究中草药提取物对广西麻鸡免疫器官组织形态学的影响,试验选取了1日龄广西麻鸡1 800只为试验动物进行饲养试验。试验鸡群随机分为2组,每组3个重复。在饲养过程中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮;试验组在基础饲粮中添加中草药提取物300 mg·kg^(-1)。在49日龄时,每个重复随机抽样30只解剖,摘取法氏囊和脾脏进行称重,并进行法氏囊、脾脏和胸腺中的T、B淋巴细胞检查。试验组脾脏重和法氏囊重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组免疫器官中T和B淋巴细胞相对数量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,中草药提取物具有显著促进广西麻鸡法氏囊和脾脏发育,明显增加免疫器官中T和B淋巴细胞相对数的作用。

The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of herbal extracts on the histomorphology of Guangxi chicken immune organ.1800Guangxi chickens were randomly divided into2groups and each group had3replicates.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the experimental group was added with300mg·kg-1on herbal extracts the basis of feeding basal diet.At the age of49days,30specimens were randomly sampled,weighing the bursa and spleen,and examining the T,B lymphocytes in the bursa,spleen and thymus.The results showed that the spleen weight and bursa weight of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the relative numbers of T and B lymphocytes in the immune organs of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).It was concluded that the herbal extract could significantly promote Guangxi chicken bursa and spleen and development,increase the relative number of T and B lymphocytes in the immune organs.
