摘要
对辽宁省"十三五"农机购置补贴扶持重点与政策创设课题研究成果进行报告。阐述"缩范围、控定额、促敞开"落实情况,分析农机购置补贴政策差异化需求,对新时期农机化发展扶持政策创设进行实证分析,并提出框架设计建议。
It is reported the research project results of key supporting of allowance for purchasing agricultural machinery and policy creation during13th Five Year in Liaoning province.This paper expounded the implementing situation of“reducing scope,controlling quota,promoting unlimited”,analyzed differentiated demand of allowance for purchasing agricultural machinery policy,carried on empirical analysis of creating agricultural machinery developing and supporting policy,and put forward suggestions for framework design.
