摘要 针对我国南海某深水气田长达91 m、质量达107 t的超长超重水平式跨接管的运输和海上安装面临的挑战,提出了加装临时或永久性浮子及平衡重用于跨接管的安装就位,采用重达222 t的均力架进行跨接管的吊装,利用A/R绞车和双滑轮组解决跨接管的深水下放,使用专用连接工具进行水平式连接器的水下连接等技术,并成功地完成该气田工程跨接管的安装作业。深水超长超重跨接管的设计与安装在国内尚属首次,其技术研究及应用成果可为我国其他深水油气田的跨接管设计安装作业提供参考。 The huge pipe jumper which was 91 m long and weighed 107 t brought a big challenge for its sea transportation and installation in a deep water gas field of South China Sea.Some techniques were proposed such as the applications of 1)temporary or permanent buoyancy and counterweight for the pipe jumper to be installed in position,2)a222 t weight spread frame for the jumper lifting,3)A/R winch and double pulley system for jumper deployment,and 4)apull in tool(PIT)for connection of the horizontal connector.It was the first time to design and install the oversize pipe jumpers in China.The study and application practice is of reference significance to the other deep water gas fields.
