摘要
使用氡子体标准源对氡子体高纯锗γ能谱测量的探测效率进行了实验测量,并用蒙特进行理论模拟。结果表明,当滤膜放置谱仪表面时,氡子体^(214)Pb 352 keV全能峰探测效率实验值为10.09%,^(214)Bi 609keV的全能峰探测效率实验值为4.22%,可用于氡子体浓度高纯锗γ能谱测量。
The detection efficiency of the radon-donor high-purity germaniumγ-energy spectrum measurement using radon progeny standard source was experimentally measured and simulated by Monte-Carlo.The results show that when the filter is placed on the surface of the spectrometer,the detection efficiency of radon daughter body214Pb352keV is10.09%,and that of214Bi609keV is4.22%.It can be used for radon donor concentration high purity germaniumγenergy spectrum measurement.
