热喷涂ZnNi合金涂层的耐腐蚀性能评价 被引量:1

摘要 先采用机械合金化的方法制备ZnNi合金粉末,再利用热喷涂工艺制备ZnNi涂层。用扫描电镜(SEM)观察分析ZnNi涂层腐蚀前后的微观形貌,用LK2000C型电化学工作站测试ZnNi涂层的极化曲线。测试及分析结果表明,天然海水介质优先腐蚀电极电位较低的富Zn区;ZnNi涂层试样块的腐蚀速率小于常规不锈钢试样块,热喷涂ZnNi涂层的耐腐蚀效果明显,ZnNi涂层为低电极电位材料。 ZnNi alloy powders were prepared by mechanical alloying,and ZnNi coatings were prepared by hot spraying.The microstructure of ZnNi coatings was analyzed by SEM,and the polarization curve of the coatings was tested by Lk2000c electrochemical workstation.The results showed that the rich Zn region with low electrode potential was preferential corrosion by nature seawater.The corrosion rate of ZnNi coatings samples was less than that of conventional stainless steel samples.The corrosion resistance of ZnNi coatings by hot spraying was obvious.ZnNi coatings were low electrode potential materials.
