摘要
由于贵州电网存在网络约束,传统的月度集中撮合交易会影响电网的安全性,因此基于电力市场传统无约束集中撮合理论和流程,提出考虑电网安全校核的月度集中撮合交易算法,通过厂群电量约束来提升集中撮合交易的安全性和经济性。以2016年贵州电力交易的实际数据构造算例,生成有、无厂群电量约束的成交结果并进行对比分析,结果表明所提方法有利于建立平衡有序的电力市场机制。最后指出,非线性规划、电力电量折算是尚需解决的问题。
In view of power grid constraint in Guizhou power grid,the traditional monthly concentrated matchmaking trading may affect safety of the power grid.Therefore,on the basis of theory and flow of traditional unconstrained concentrated matchmaking of the electricity market,this paper presents a kind of algorithm of monthly concentrated matchmaking trading considering power grid safety check which is to promote safety and economy of concentrated matchmaking trading by means of power plant group electric constraint.According to actual data of electricity trading of Guizhou power grid in 2016,it constructs corresponding examples and generates trading results with and without power plant electric quantity constraints.By comparing and analyzing the results,it shows the proposed method is in favor of building a balanced and ordered electricity market mechanism.Finally it points out problems of non-linear programming and electric quantity conversion still need to be solved.
