摘要
北方营林技术与管理就是通过相应的措施手段，保护我国森林资源的可持续发展。但目前仍存在着一定的风险，如森林病虫害严重，而防治工作不到位；森林火灾时有发生，而防火技术缺乏先进性，监督管理缺乏有效性等，这些问题威胁着森林的安全与资源发展。
The technology and management of boreal forest is to protect the sustainable development of our forest resources through corresponding measures.However,there are still some risks,such as forest diseases and pests,and the prevention and control work is not in place;Forese fires occur frequently,while fire prevention technology is lack of advancement,supervision and management lack of effectiveness.These threaten the security and resource development of forests.
