摘要
定子支撑对大直径超声压电驱动器的振动模态产生影响,从而对驱动器的输出特性和运行特性产生影响。结合有限元和理论分析对定子的幅频特性进行分析,进一步得出输出转速和转矩与支撑尺寸的变化曲线,从而定量分析支撑尺寸的改变对驱动器输出特性的影响。结果表明,定子支撑尺寸的改变对转速和转矩产生了影响,但转速和转矩的变化范围在6%内,故在设计大直径超声压电驱动器定子时,可通过改变支撑尺寸确定驱动器最优工作模态,而不会对驱动器输出转速和转矩产生较大影响。
The stator support can affect the virbration mode of ultrasonic piezoelectric actuators with large diameter,which affects the output and operating characteristicsof the actuator.Combined with the finite element analysis and the theoretical analysis,the amplitude frequency characteristics of the stator are analyzed,and the variation curves of output speed and tourque with support size are further obtained,so as to quantitatively analyze the influence of suport size change on the output characteristics of actuator.The results show that the change of the size of the stator suppor than an impact on the rotation speed and torque,but the change range of the rotation speed and torque is within 6%.Therefore,when designing the ultrasonic piezoelectric actuator with large diameter,the optimum operating mode of the actuator can be determined by changing the size of the support without greatly affecting the output rotation speed and torque of the actuator.
