Strategic Positioning of China's Participation in International Peacekeeping Operations from All-round Diplomatic Layout Perspective

以新时期中国参与国际维和行动为出发点,论述了在全方位外交布局视角下中国参与国际维和行动的战略定位,提出新时期中国参与国际维和行动应当以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,高举和平、发展、合作、共赢的旗帜,维护国家主权及发展利益,发展大国外交、特色外交,通过参与国际维和行动服务国家外交总体布局,为全球治理贡献中国力量与智慧。

In the light of China’s participation in international peacekeeping operations in the new era,the strategic positioning of China’s participation in international peacekeeping operations in the context of an all-round diplomatic arrangement is discussed in this paper.It is suggested that China’s participation in international peacekeeping operations in the new era should be guided by Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era,hold high the banner of peace,development,and win-win cooperation,safeguard China’s sovereignty and development interests,pursue major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristic and serve the overall national diplomacy by participating in international peacekeeping operations so as to contribute China’s strength to world governance.
