摘要
本文简要介绍蒸馏装置加热炉出口温度常规性控制原理和方法,并针对加热炉炉膛内实际加热热源的不均匀分布等干扰因素,提出了基于机理算法的顺控模块闭环控制法。从长期运行的实际效果来看,在控制的精度和维护的方便性以及回路的使用率上,都达到当初预定的目标,并且该控制方案具有投用灵活可靠等优点,完全可以取代目前常用的APC控制软件,对实际生产具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
This paper briefly introduces the conventional control principle and method of heating furnace outlet temperature in distillation rniit,and aims at interfering factors such as uneven distribution of heating heat source in heating furnace hearth,a closed-loop control method based on mechanism algorithm is proposed in the paper.Long-term stable operation results show,the control accuracy,maintenance convenience and the utilization rate of the loop reach the original target,and the control scheme has the advantages of flexibility and reliability,which can completely replace the current commonly used APC control software,in the meantime,that has an certain guiding function to the actual production.
