摘要
目的探讨基于互联网的递进式随堂测验在儿科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取我院由同一位老师任课的2014级护理专业2个教学班,选取的2个教学班在大学期间所有的医学专业课均由相同的老师授课,且之前所有考试课的均分比较差异无统计学意义。用抓阄法选取其中的一个教学班作为随堂测验组(n=53)进行基于互联网的递进式随堂测验,另一个教学班作为对照组(n=47)进行常规教学未进行随堂测验。采用SPSS 19.0进行统计分析,计量资料组间比较采用独立样本t检验。结果 3次阶段性测验成绩和期末考试卷面成绩均分随堂测验组均高于对照组,且差异比较均有统计学意义(P<0.001);随堂测验组护生对任课教师的评教反馈优于对照组,且差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论有针对性的进行基于互联网的递进式随堂测验可以督促护生及时复习,帮助护生强化巩固专业知识,可以提高教学质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of internet-based progressive quiz in the teaching of Paediatric Nursing.Methods Two nursing classes in grade 2014 instructed by the same teacher and their mean score of the tests showing no statistical difference were selected.The 2 classes were randomly divided into test class(n=53)with internet-based progressive quiz in the teaching procedure and control class(n=47)with conventional teaching method.Data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 and measurement data were compared between groups using independent t-test.Results The scores of 3 periodical tests,final examination in the test class and the evaluation of teacher’s feedback were higher than those of control class and differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Internet-based progressive quiz is effective for promoting students’timely review,helping students to strengthen the professional knowledge and improving the quality of teaching.
