摘要 介绍了一种Ku波段小尺寸波导隔离器的设计方法,通过对结式环行器原理分析,采用阻抗匹配设计,利用HFSS软件仿真计算并优化,最终研制出完全满足设计要求的波导隔离器。在工作温度-40^+85℃范围内,器件的技术指标为:电压驻波比≤1.16,正向损耗≤0.2 d B,隔离度≥30 d B,外形尺寸为12.7×33.3×38.3 mm。该隔离器的传输方向尺寸为常规隔离器的一半左右,符合微波通信器件小型化和集成化的发展要求。 In this paper we propose the design method for a miniature Ku-band waveguide isolator.Through the analysis of the junction circulator principle,impedance matching design and HFSS simulation,we have developed a waveguide isolator entirely meeting the demand for product design.Within the temperature range of-40℃to+85℃,the sample device features a voltage standing wave ratio of less than 1.16,insertion loss of below 0.2 dB,insulation of higher than 30 dB,and dimension of 12.7 mm×33.3 mm×38.3 mm,only about half the transmission direction size in conventional isolator,meeting the development requirement for miniaturization and integration on microwave communication devices.
