摘要
生产高效聚丙烯产品的装置是液相本体法聚丙烯装置,设计是采用高效催化剂(Ti Cl4/Mg Cl2·ED)为主催化剂,催化剂量过高,可能引起爆聚,形成塑化结块,严重时使聚合釜超压,发生爆炸。通过测定催化剂浆料中镁含量可控制催化剂加入的量,本文进行初步探讨。
