摘要
对于笼型实心转子屏蔽感应电机(CSRIM),由于其转子结构的复杂性,关于其参数及运行性能的计算方法还较为简陋。该文将二维多层电磁场理论引入到CSRIM电磁场解析计算中,并建立具有N层各向异性媒质的CSRIM通用电磁场解析模型。然后,利用坡印廷矢量及波阻抗法计算得到了电机转子反映到定子绕组侧的等效阻抗参数并对其表达式进行简化。最后,将所得的CSRIM转子等效阻抗参数表达式应用于一台模拟样机的转子等效参数计算上,并与传统参数计算法以及有限元计算结果进行对比验证。
As the rotor structure of canned solid-rotor induction motor(CSRIM)is more complicated than normal induction machine,the method for calculating the equivalent circuit parameters and the performance of motor is still relatively simple.As the second paper of series,the 2D-multilayer electromagnetic field theory will be introduced to analytical calculation of electromagnetic field of CSRIM in this paper.Thus,the electromagnetic field analysis model with N anisotropic layers is built.Then,the poynting vector and wave impedance are used to calculate equivalent impedance expressions of CSRIM rotor.These expressions are also be simplified in this paper.Finally,equivalent impedance expressions are applied on a model prototype.The computational accuracy of derived expressions is compared with traditional method and finite element analysis.
