摘要
维也纳整流器被广泛应用到并网发电设备,例如通信系统和风力发电系统。该整流器具有谐波低和高效率的优点。提出一种无差拍控制和不连续脉宽调制(DPWM)的方法,实现对维也纳整流器的控制。首先对维也纳进行建模,然后提出相应的无差拍控制方法。在此基础上,提出DPWM实现维也纳整流器的开关损耗减少。并针对维也纳整流器存在中点不平衡问题,通过维也纳整流器的冗余矢量实现中点平衡控制。最后,通过实验验证了所提出的DPWM算法的有效性。
Vienna rectifiers are used in grid-connected applications such as telecommunication systems and wind turbine systems.These rectifiers are advantageous in which they have low total harmonic distortion and high efficiency.The deadbeat control and discontinuous pulse width modulation were proposed to apply to Vienna rectifiers.Firstly,the Vienna rectifier was modeled,and then the corresponding deadbeat control method was proposed.Furthermore,the discontinuous pulse width modulation could reduce switching loss.In order to solve the unbalanced problem for the Vienna rectifier,the time of the redundant switching states was adjusted for balancing the neutral-point voltage.The effectiveness of the proposed control method of Vienna rectifiers are verified by experiment.
