摘要
通过构建菌群16S rRNA基因克隆文库和进行系统发育分析,对采集自广州动物园健康成年海南坡鹿的16个粪便样品的菌群结构和多样性进行分析,结果表明海南坡鹿粪便菌群分属于18个菌门,其中厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)是核心菌门,分别占比50. 49%和36. 52%。海南坡鹿肠道菌群中丰度最高的前10个属分别为5-7N15丰度值为7. 181%、普雷沃菌属(Prevotella,3. 159%)、密螺旋体属(Treponema,2. 788%)、琥珀酸弧菌属(Succinivibrio,2. 545%)、颤螺菌属(Oscillospira,2. 304%)、CF231丰度值1. 843%、瘤胃球菌属(Ruminococcus,1. 652%)、艾克曼菌属(Akkermansia,1. 439%)、甲烷短杆菌属(Methanobrevibacter,1. 340%)、梭菌属(Clostridium,1. 333%)。对比不同性别海南坡鹿(Cervus eldi hainanus)肠道菌群,通过t检验,统计出具有差异显著(P <0. 05)的属共17个。
Through the construction of the 16S rRNA gene clone library and phylogenetic analysis,the structure and diversity of 16 samples collected from the healthy adult Hainan Eld s deer(Cervus eldii hainanus)in Guangzhou zoo were analyzed.The results showed that the gut microorganism in Hainan Eld s deer was divided into 18 microbe phyla and the Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes were the core bacterias,accounting for 50%and 37%respectively.The top 10 genera of the Hainan Eld s deer s intestinal flora were 5-7N115(7%)Prevotella(3%),Treponema(3%),Succinivibrio(3%),Oscillospira(2%),CF 231(2%),Ruminococcus(2%),Akkermansia(1%),Methanobrevibacter(1%)and Clostridium(1%).In total,17 genera of gut microbes were recorded and the gut microbiome of Hainan eld s deer differed by sex(P<0.05).
