摘要 随着中国油库建设规模的不断扩大,为保障石油战略储备库的安全,对储罐消防和安全系统应采用更高等级的设计标准。为防范储罐安全事故,实现储罐"本质安全",选取了消防水供给强度、储罐冷却、防火堤、消防泵动力源、控制阀位置、事故排水系统和防渗等关键技术,并就此介绍了国外标准的先进经验和推荐做法。结合实际案例,对GB 50074—2014《石油库设计规范》中相关内容提出了建议,对于提高国内油库的安全可靠性和应急保障能力具有指导意义。 With the continuous extend for oil tank farm construction scale in China,higher grade of design standard should be adopted for fire-fighting and safety system of storage tank.To eliminate the tank accident and realize the intrinsic safety of the storage tank,the key technologies of the supply strength of fire-fighting water,storage tank cooling,fire dike,power source of fire-fighting pump,control valve location,accident sewage draining system and seepage-proofing,etc.are selected,the advanced experiences and recommended practices of foreign standards are introduced.Combining with some practical case,some improvement suggestions for relative contents of GB 50074-2014 Code for Design of OH Deposit are put forward.The suggestions are of guiding significance for improving the safety reliability and emergency support capacity of oil depots in China.
