摘要
对AD-PVC966焊缝密封胶表面"湿碰湿"涂装的FS340中涂漆膜起泡问题进行了分析。实验结果表明:中涂膜厚若在50~55μm范围内,在中涂涂料中拼入大分子树脂AF-0.5可有效改善其抗起泡性,但拼入量不能超过5%,否则会影响施工性。随着焊缝密封胶中增塑剂的增多,与改进后的中涂配套后的抗起泡能力越来越好,增塑剂用量为6%时最佳。
The blistering defect of FS340 midcoat wet-on-wet sprayed on AD-PVC966 weld sealant was analyzed.The experimental results showed that the blistering resistance of the midcoat with a thickness of 50-55μm is improved by adding an AF-0.5 macromolecular resin to the midcoat material with an appropriate amount which is not higher than 5%for ensuring the coatability.The increase of plasticizer dosage in weld sealant improves blistering resistance of the modified midcoat.The optimal dosage of plasticizer is 6%.
