摘要
为解决传动轴类工件在数控外圆磨床上加工时,采用普通鸡心夹头与拨杆装夹,被夹持部分无法被加工到,需要将工件掉头进行二次装夹才能完成全部外圆表面磨削的问题。利用传动轴的结构特点,设计制造能在一次装夹下完成外圆磨削工序的专用夹具。生产实践证明,该夹具能简化此类传动轴工件的数控外圆磨削工序,提高生产效率。
In order to solve the problem that the cylindrical surface of drive shaft covered by the clamping part cannot be machined when the CNC cylindrical grinder uses ordinary fixture which were made up of heart-shaped clip and lever,as well as the workpiece must be clamped twice in order to complete the whole grinding process.Based on the structural characteristics of the drive shaft we have designed and made a special fixture which can finish the cylindrical grinding process in one clamping.The production practice has proved that the special fixture can simplify the drive shaft s grinding process and improve the production efficiency.
