摘要
[目的]筛选有助于提高马铃薯冬闲田土壤碳氮含量及酶活性的适宜覆盖作物。[方法]在马铃薯收获后设置裸地(T1)、紫花苜蓿(T2)、草木樨(T3)、冬小麦(T4)、黑麦草(T5) 5种覆盖处理,翌年返青后测定不同处理的土壤碳氮含量及酶活性。[结果]紫花苜蓿覆盖下的土壤TOC、DOC、DON、TN含量均高于其他处理,而土壤C/N低于其他处理;其土壤磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性均高于其他处理。[结论]该研究为提高马铃薯冬闲田土壤防风蚀能力提供科学依据。
[Objective]To select a most suitable cover crop for potato winter fallow farmland that can improve the content of soil carbon and nitrogen and enzyme activity.[Method]After harvesting potato,five coverage treatments,including bare land(T 1),alfalfa(T 2),grasshopper(T 3),winter wheat(T 4)and ryegrass(T 5)were conducted.Under the different treatments,the content of soil carbon and nitrogen and enzyme activity were measured in the reviving of the next year.[Result]The content of TOC,DOC,DON and TN with alfalfa coverage was the highest than other treatments,and its soil C/N was lower than other treatments.The activities of soil phosphatase,sucrase,urease,and catalase were also the highest.[Conclusion]The study provides scientific basis for improving the capacity of wind erosion resistance of soil.
