摘要
利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对某6缸直列发动机在额定工况、超负荷工况以及大扭矩工况下的活塞进行强度分析,并且对活塞在每种工况下热机耦合应力、变形以及对疲劳安全系数进行校核,对3种不同工况进行比较,验证该活塞能否满足所有工况下的使用要求。
The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to analyze the strength of a 6-cylinder in-line piston under rated working conditions,overload working conditions and high torque working conditions.The coupling stress,deformation and fatigue safety factor of the piston under each working condition were checked,and three different working conditions were compared to verify whether the piston can meet the requirements of all working conditions.
