摘要 为提高光伏并网逆变器的电能质量与发电效率性能指标,深入探讨了基于零序分量注入的载波调制方法。根据连续脉宽调制(CPWM)与空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的等效原理,设计了一种将等效的空间矢量脉宽调制与不连续脉宽调制(DPWM)统一实现的三相光伏并网逆变器调制方法。该方法可实现等效SVPWM,DPWM1,DPWM3等调制的平滑切换,有极高的灵活性且实现简单,仿真与实验结果证明所提方法可行有效。 In order to improve the power quality and power generation efficiency of photovoltaic grid-connected inverters,a carrier modulation method based on zero sequence component injection was deeply discussed.Based on the equivalent principle of continuous pulse width modulation(CPWM)and space vector pules width modulation(SVPWM),a three-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter modulation strategy was proposed,which was realized by equivalent SVPWM and discontinuous pulse width modulation(DPWM).The method could be switched smoothly in the modulations of equivalent SVPWM,DPWM1,DPWM3 and so on.It had high flexibility and simple realization.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
