炎症性肠病神经系统并发症的研究进展

Advances in Research on Nervous System Complications of Inflammatory Bowel Disease

随着生活方式的逐渐西化,炎症性肠病(IBD)在我国的发病率逐渐升高,已成为胃肠内科的主要疾病之一。IBD的肠外表现多样,对临床诊治造成一定困难,其中神经系统并发症由于发病率低、症状不典型而未能引起有效重视,极大地降低了患者生活质量。本文就IBD神经系统并发症的研究进展作一综述。

With the increase in prevalence of western lifestyle,inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)has become a main disease of gastroenterology with increasing morbidity.IBD has a variety of extraintestinal manifestations,which cause difficulties in diagnosis and treatment in clinic.Nervous system complications are characterized with low incidence and atypical symptoms and have adverse effects on life quality of patients.This article reviewed the advances in research on nervous system complications of IBD.
