摘要
文章使用个人访谈和小组访谈的方法,访谈出版发行主任或区域销售经理、业务馆长和采访主任或采访馆员,当访谈结果的收敛度和饱和度达到时,采取以双方兴趣和工作流程的相似处进行总结。最后,基于所涉及的问题,对出版社和图书馆合作中常见问题进行比较分析。通过知识转移新模式,出版社与图书馆双方根据反馈要求改进信息传递,能以更好的方式创建一个信息回路,刺激创新,提高获取信息能力,保证出版和馆藏质量。
This article applies the methods of individual interview and group interview among publishing and distribution directors or regional sales managers,library business deans and directors of library acquisition department or librarians of acquisition department.When the convergence and saturation of the interview results are reached,the similarities between the two sides’interests and work processes are summarized.Finally,based on the problems involved,this article makes a comparative analysis of the common problems in the cooperation between publishers and libraries.Through the new model of knowledge transfer,both publishers and libraries can improve information transmission according to feedback requirements,which help to create an information circulation in a better way,stimulate innovation,improve the ability of obtaining information,and ensure the quality of publishing and collections.
