摘要
文章以混凝土搅拌运输车为研究对象,使用MSC Nastran计算车架模态中性文件,MSC Adams搭建整车多体动力学模型和虚拟试验场,同时进行应力和振动测试,验证整车模型,进而输出载荷文件至MSC Fatigue,进行车辆结构件和焊缝疲劳仿真分析,疲劳预警区域基本与曾开裂区域一致,此方法可指导新车型结构件设计和优化老车型结构件,且能拓展至其他车型和基于客户路谱的疲劳分析。
This paper takes a concrete mixer truck as the research object,uses MSC Nastran to calculate the modal neutral file of frame,builds the multi-body dynamic model of the vehicle and the virtual testing field based on MSC Adams,and simultaneously performs the stress and vibration tests to validate the vehicle model.Output load file to MSC Fatigue for vehicle structural parts and weld fatigue simulation analysis.The fatigue warning area is basically the same as that of the once cracked area.This method can guide the design of new structural and optimize the old structural,and can be extended to the other models and fatigue analysis based on customer roadmaps.
