摘要
回顾教育部学位中心已经开展的四轮学科评估情况,发现学科评估参评规模不断扩大、评估目的日趋多元、指标体系不断完善、结果发布更加规范,一定程度上体现了学科评估与时俱进的发展脉络和当前教育评估理论的最新理念。文章在此基础上对学科评估的发展趋势进行了思考,提出向质性评判转变、向多元评估标准转变、向周期性与常态性评估结合转变和向发展性评估转变的学科评估发展趋势预测。
By reviewing the fourth round of China University Subject Rankings(CUSR)carried out by China Academic Degrees&Graduate Education Development Center(CDGDC),it was found that the size of the participating was enlarging,purposes of evaluation were diversified,the index system was refined,guidance was clear,and its results were first sorted into“grades”by the percentile of the overall score.These all reflected the development of subject evaluation and the newest ideas of the fourth generation evaluation theory.Based on this theory,this paper makes predictions on the future development trend of subject evaluation.The future of CUSR will become further to the qualitative,multi-criteria,normal and dynamic evaluation.
