Due to the increasing domestic demand for high-quality mining projects and products,domestic mining companies have gone abroad to find and develop high-quality mining resources.However,many companies have not mastered the core skills of risk control of overseas mining investment projects,resulting in many failure cases of overseas mining investment.Based on the classic cases in which the authors personally participated,this paper profoundly clarifies the importance of due diligence in the risk control of overseas mining investment projects.
