大学商科创新创业教育的探索——以浙江万里学院商学院“2+2”创业实验班为例

创业实验班是在全商学院各个专业中招收学员独立成班。学员除了要在原来的班级继续学习原专业的核心课以外,不再选修其他非核心课程,而是在创业班开始系统学习与掌握创新创业知识。采用了一系列多元化的创业教育方法,实施本科生硕士化培养,通过导师制形成一对一、二对一的培养体系,强调个性化培养,最大限度发掘学生的创新创业潜力。

Entrepreneurship experimental class is to recruit students to be independent classes in all majors of business school.In addition to continuing to study the core courses of the original major in the original class,the students will not take any other non-core courses,but start to learn and master the knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship in the entrepreneurship class.
