弘扬淮河文化,服务皖北振兴——纪念“淮河文化论坛”改栏4周年

Carry Forward the Huaihe River Culture,Serve the Revitalization of Northern Anhui——The Fourth Anniversary of the Publication of “Huaihe River Culture Forum”

淮河是淮河流域儿女的一条母亲河,也是历史悠久的一条文化河。1194年之前,它独流入海,自成体系,美丽富饶,其流域是中华文明的发祥地之一;淮河地处南北分界,又紧邻"北纬30°线",英雄人物辈出,遗址遗存众多,非物质文化遗产丰富。1194年之后,黄河夺淮入海,加之宋金对峙,淮河成了多灾多难、令人伤心之河。现代淮河文化研究虽然取得了丰硕成果,但与长江、黄河等流域文化研究相比,尚有不足,传播平台也不多。《阜阳师范学院学报》原有"皖北文化研究""三子研究"等栏目,自2015年第1期改为"淮河文化论坛",至2018年第6期已满4周年,《刊文集萃》即将出版。"论坛"旨在弘扬淮河优秀传统文化,打造名栏品牌,服务皖北振兴,为大美阜阳、美好安徽建设,尽自己的一份力量。

Huaihe River is the mother river of Huaihe River basin and also a cultural river with a long history.Before 1194,it flowed into the sea alone,formed its own system,and was beautiful and rich.Its basin is one of the important birthplaces of Chinese civilization.In the boundary between the north and the south,adjacent to“30 degrees north latitude”,Huaihe River has many heroes,numerous ruins and rich intangible heritage.After 1194,the Yellow River grabbed Huaihe River’s course to the sea and the confrontation between Song and Jin Dynasties made Huaihe River a troubled and heartbreaking river.Although the study of modern Huaihe River culture has achieved fruitful results,compared with the study of Yangtze River and Yellow River basin culture,they are still not enough and there are not many communication platforms.The Journal of Fuyang Normal University has changed its original columns such as“Research on Culture in Northern Anhui”and“Research on the Three Zi(Laozi,Zhuangzi and Guanzi)”from the first issue in 2015 to“Huaihe River Cultural Forum”until the fourth anniversary of the sixth issue in 2018,and the Collection of Essays will soon be published.“Huaihe River Cultural Forum”aims to carry forward the excellent traditional culture of Huaihe River,build a branded column,serve the revitalization of northern Anhui,and contribute to the construction of Fuyang and Anhui.
