摘要
目的了解高校社区居民代谢综合征(MS)的检出情况,并探讨MS患者血清甲状腺激素水平与机体代谢的关系。方法纳入某高校社区603例居民,收集一般资料,并检测甲状腺激素及相关生化指标水平,分析MS检出情况。比较MS患者(MS组)与无MS组分异常者(对照组)的甲状腺激素及相关生化指标水平。分析MS患者的甲状腺激素水平与临床、生化指标的关系。结果 603例居民中,共75例诊断为MS,检出率为12. 4%。MS的检出率随年龄的增加而升高,且女性检出率高于男性(均P <0. 05)。MS组的年龄、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_3)、腰围、收缩压、舒张压、TC、FBG、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、TG、糖化血红蛋白(HBA1c)及体质指数(BMI)均高于对照组,而男性比例及HDL-C水平低于对照组(均P <0. 05)。在MS患者中,促甲状腺激素与腰围、TG、FBG、2hPBG、HBA1c呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关(均P <0. 05);游离甲状腺素与收缩压、TG、FBG、2hPBG、TC、HBA1c、BMI呈负相关(均P <0. 05); FT_3与腰围、收缩压、舒张压、BMI、TG、FBG呈正相关,与HDL-C、TC呈负相关(均P <0. 05)。结论高校社区居民MS的检出率与总人群的MS检出率相似,在检出MS人群中,甲状腺激素水平与MS相关生化指标存在密切的相关性。
Objective To investigate the detection of metabolic syndrome(MS)in university community residents,and to explore the relationship between serum thyroid hormone level and body metabolism in metabolic syndrome patients.Methods A total of 603 residents in a university community were included,their general data were collected,thyroid hormone and related biochemical indexes were detected,and the detection of MS was analyzed.Levels of thyroid hormone and related biochemical indexes between MS patients(MS group)and residents without MS component abnormality(control group)were compared.The relationship between thyroid hormone and related biochemical indexes in MS patients were analyzed.Results Of 603 cases residents,a total of 75 cases were diagnosed as MS,with a detection rate of 12.4%.The detection rate of MS increased with age,and the detection rate in females was higher than that in males(all P<0.05).Age,free triiodothyronine(FT 3),waist circumference,SBP,DBP,TC,FBG,2 h postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG),TG,hemoglobin A1c(HBA1c)and body mass index(BMI)were all higher,and the male proportion and HDL-C level were lower in MS group than in the control group(all P<0.05).In MS patients,thyroid stimulating hormone was positively correlated with WC,TG,FBG,2hPBG and HBA1c,and negatively correlated with HDL-C;free thyroxine was negatively correlated with SBP,TG,FBG,2hPBG,TC,HBA1c and BMI;FT 3 was positively correlated with waist circumference,SBP,DBP,BMI,TG and FBG,and negatively correlated with HDL-C and TC(all P<0.05).Conclusion Detection rate of MS in university community residents is similar to that of general population.Thyroid hormone levels in MS population are closely related to relevant biochemical indices of MS.
