摘要
目的建立木香顺气丸红外-紫外光谱(IR-UV)指纹图谱,并以光谱指纹定量法评价其质量。方法以中药IR-UV为基础,将IR和UV光谱各数据点按平均值法分别生成对照指纹图谱,以光谱点为单位计算两类光谱的宏观定性定量信息,并以等权融合。结果光谱指纹定量法鉴定出15批木香顺气丸质量好,1批质量为中等。结论基于IR-UV的光谱指纹定量法可便捷地评价木香顺气丸质量。
Objective To establish the IR-UV spectrum fingerprints of Muxiangshunqi Pills and evaluation its quality by spectrum quantified fingerprint method(SQFM).Methods Based on the IR-UV of traditional Chinese medicine,the referential UV fingerprint(RUVFP)and the referential IR fingerprint(RIRFP)were respectively synthesized by the point to point data of IR and UV spectra.The macroscopic qualitative and quantitative information of the two kinds of spectra was calculated in terms of spectral points and fused with equal weights.Results Fifteen batches of Muxiangshunqi Pills were identified to be of good quality and one batch was of medium quality by SQFM.Conclusion The SQFM based on the spectra of IR-UV can briefly and quickly identify the quality of Muxiangshunqi Pills.
