摘要
为了探索云制造环境下供应链的协同机理,基于IT能力理论、协同理论构建云制造平台整合能力和灵活配置能力对供应链信息共享、同步决策、激励联盟的影响模型,并基于当前国际贸易保护主义的突现考虑了市场动荡性对两种能力影响供应链协同的调节效应。对324家云制造平台应用企业中高层管理人员进行问卷调查,并利用SmartPLS进行数据分析和模型拟合,结果表明,云制造平台的两种能力对供应链协同具有显著正向影响,市场动荡性在此过程中起到正向调节作用。
Based on IT capability theory and collaboration theory, this paper builds an influence model to study the impacts of integration capability and flexible allocation capability of cloud manufacturing platform on supply chain information sharing, synchronous decision-making and incentive alliance. By using the influence model, the authors conduct empirical research to explore the mechanism of supply chain collaboration in cloud manufacturing environment, and also investigates the regulation effect of market turbulence on supply chain collaboration in response to the emergence of current international trade protectionism. With a questionnaire survey on 324 high-level managers from companies that have applied the cloud manufacturing platform, and SmartPLS to conduct data analysis and model fitting, the paper comes to the conclusion that the two capabilities of cloud manufacturing have a significant positive impact on supply chain collaboration and market turbulence plays a significant moderating effect on this process.
