臭氧自体血回输对胫骨平台骨折术后干预的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过臭氧自体血回输对胫骨平台骨折术后的干预,观察骨折术后切口愈合情况及相关炎症指标的影响,从而探讨臭氧自体血回输预防感染的机制。方法:将2015年6月-2018年6月收治的胫骨平台骨折患者32例,按照是否接受臭氧大自血疗法分为试验组15例与对照组17例,试验组在接受常规治疗的基础上行臭氧自体血治疗,观察两组患者术后切口愈合情况、ATP酶活性、IL-2及IL-10的变化。结果:两组伤口愈合不良例数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),伤口感染例数、抗生素使用例数、伤口愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前两组ATP酶活性、IL-2、IL-10比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组ATP酶活性高于对照组,IL-2、IL-10水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:臭氧自体血回输可以有效预防切口愈合不良,这可能与臭氧激活红细胞代谢,促进损伤周围软组织的含氧量有关。 Objective:The effect of incision healing and related inflammation indicators were observed by the intervention of ozone autologous blood transfusion,and the mechanism of ozone autologous blood transfusion to prevent infection would be observed.Method:A total of 32 Patients with tibial plateau fractures,from June 2015 to June 2018,were divided into experimental group(15 cases)and control group(17 cases)according to application of ozone autologous blood transfusion.Control group received conventional treatment,based on that,experimental group plus the technique of ozone autologous blood transfusion.The incision healing,ATPase activity,IL-2 and IL-10 changes were observed.Result:There was significant difference in the number of bad wound healing cases between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the number of wound infection,the number of practical antibiotics,and the wound healing time(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the activity of ATP and IL-2,IL-10 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the activity of ATP in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of IL-2,IL-10 was lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Poor healing of the incision will be effectively prevented by using of ozone autologous blood transfusion.And this may be related that the red blood cell metabolism is activated by ozone which the oxygen content of soft tissue is promoted.
