摘要
近年来,随着国家对食品行业的重视,食品科学与工程专业的毕业生人数也逐渐增加,社会对食品专业学生的要求也逐渐增加。为了提高食品科学与工程专业学生的实践能力,将理论知识外化为行业能力,实践教学成为重要的一环。介绍了食品科学与工程专业学生的培养现状,阐述了实践教学的重要性,并以合肥学院为例介绍了"校企所"联合培养食品科学与工程专业创新实践基地建设。
In recent years,with our country’s emphasis on the food industry,the number of graduates in food science and engineering specialty has gradually increased,and the demand for students in food science and engineering specialty has gradually increased.In order to improve the practical ability and externalize theoretical knowledge into industry capabilities of students,practical teaching has become an important part.This paper introduced the status quo of the cultivation of students in food science and engineering specialty,and expounded the importance of practical teaching,meanwhile introduced the innovative practice base’s construction in food science and engineering specialty with Hefei University as an example.
