摘要
福岛核事故后,为确保核电厂的安全运行,每台新建核电机组需配置一台后备柴油发电机。以核电厂后备柴油发电机为被控对象,根据其工艺流程,设计了后备柴油发电机控制系统。该控制系统采用西门子PCS7和AS410-H实施控制方案,由PCS7提供的顺序功能图表实现柴油发电机的启动、停机、保护等逻辑功能。作为国内首台套后备柴油发电机控制系统,该控制系统经过了严格的抗震鉴定试验、工厂试验、现场运行试验。试验及运行结果表明,该后备柴油发电机控制系统关键性能指标,如抗震性能、事件顺序记录(SOE)功能、启动时间、启动成功率,均满足设计要求。该研究为核电厂应急柴油发电机控制系统的国产化及设计提供了技术参考。该设计创新地使用了事件顺序记录、模拟量数据高速归档等功能,在设备故障发生后,可通过这些数据对故障原因进行分析。
After the Fukushima nuclear accident,in order to ensure the safe operation of the nuclear power plant,each new nuclear power unit needs to be equipped with a standby diesel genset.Taking the standby diesel genset of nuclear power plant as the controlled object,according to its technological process,the standby diesel genset control system is designed.The control system uses Siemens PCS7 and AS410-H to implement the control scheme.The continuous function chart provided by PCS7 realizes the logical functions of starting,stopping and protecting diesel genset.As the first standby diesel genset control system in China,the control system has undergone rigorous seismic appraisal test,factory test and field operation test.The test and operation results show that the key performance indicators of the standby diesel genset control system,such as seismic performance,sequence of event(SOE) function,start-up time and start-up success rate,all meet the design requirements.This study provides a technical reference for the localization and design of emergency diesel genset control system in nuclear power plant.The design innovatively uses SOE and high-speed archiving of analog data,which can be used to analyze the causes of equipment failure.
