海水脱硫过程中影响脱硫效率的因素研究 被引量:4

摘要 影响海水脱硫效率的因素众多,包括烟气二氧化硫质量浓度、液气比、气体流速、氧体积分数、海水碱度、水温等。但目前的研究大都报道的是实验室下小规模的数据,其数据对工程应用的借鉴有一定的局限性。为了给海水脱硫工艺提供更精准的优化参数,文中在108万m^3/h中试平台上,通过配制人工海水,采用喷淋法研究各因素对二氧化硫吸收效果的影响,并利用回归分析拟合了海水脱硫过程中脱除效率的六元多次方程经验公式,将Plackett-Burman试验与响应曲面分析相结合,优化了海水脱硫工程的工艺参数。结果表明海水脱硫效率的主要影响因素为液气比、碱度和温度,其最佳值分别为16.51 L/m^3,2.39 mmol/L,293.15 K时的脱硫效率达99.8%。该优化值为海水脱硫的工艺参数提供参考。 There are many factors affecting the efficiency on seawater desulfurization,including SO2 mass concentration,liquid-gas ratio,gas velocity,oxygen volumn fraction,alkalinity and water temperature etc.But the small-scale data reported by most of the current researches were acquired in laboratories,and the data had some limitations for the application of Engineering.In order to provide more accurate optimization parameters for seawater desulfurization process,this experiment mainly researched the influence between the efficacy of absorbing SO 2 and various factors on a 1.08 million m^3/h pilot platform by preparing artificial seawater and using spray method,and fitted the seawater desulfurization efficiency empirical formula of six-factors equation by using regression analysis.Then the Plackett-Burman combined with the response surface analysis to optimize the process parameters of seawater desulfurization technology.The results show that the main influence factors of seawater desulfurization efficiency are liquid-gas ratio,alkalinity and temperature.The efficiency of desulfurization reaches 99.8%when the optimal values are 16.51 L/m^3,2.39 mmol/L and 293.15 K,respectively.The optimization values provide the reference for the technological parameters of seawater desulfurization.
