摘要
目的:抽样调查全国正电子发射计算机断层扫描仪(PET)-CT配置及使用情况。方法:抽样调研2016年12月底已装机且装机时间≥1年的24个省、市和自治区123家PET-CT使用单位,采用文献调查法调研了解2008年1月至2016年12月PET-CT科研使用情况,采用问卷调查法用表格设计问卷,电子邮寄法发放回收问卷,了解设备配置及2008-2015年临床使用情况。结果:文献调研123家单位共发表临床PET-CT应用研究类文章733篇(肿瘤、脑功能研究及心脏相关文章分别为674篇、50篇和9篇),图像技术相关文章37篇。问卷调查123家有81家单位参与调研(回收率65.9%),日最大工作量12~15人,设备年能力利用率46%~54%,全身显像及躯干显像为主要显像方法,特殊显像主要为肺部薄层CT及放射治疗图像;肿瘤显像相关配件使用情况良好,分析软件配置不足;心脏显像相关软硬件以及神经系统图像分析软件使用情况欠佳;对PET-CT中文报告系统、科研软件包及高速度服务器的需求强烈。结论:目前PET-CT临床使用能力尚未完全发掘,根据临床及科研的要求进行选件功能与配件配置评估有助于改善现状。
Objective: To investigate the application and accessories of positron emission tomography computed tomography(PET-CT) equipment in partial region of China by using sample investigation. Methods: Total of 123 hospitals of 24 provinces, cities and autonomous regions were enrolled in this questionnaire survey, which purchased PET-CT and installed equipments larger or equal than 1 year by the end of 2016, as sample investigation. And literature retrieval was adopted to investigate service situation of PET-CT in science and research from January of 2008 to December of 2016. Besides, questionnaire method was adopted to design questionnaire that used tabulation, and E-mail method was used to send and receive questionnaire, and the accessories of equipment and clinical application during 2008 year and 2015 year were grasped. Results: There were 733 original clinical articles(included 674 articles about tumor, 50 brain functional studies and 9 articles about cardiac research) and 37 articles about image technology in 123 organizations as the results of literature investigation. In 123 organizations, there were 81 organizations took part in this research(recovery rate was 65.9%), and the maximum daily workload was from 12 to 15 people. Capacity utilization rate of equipments was from 46% to 54%. And the major imaging method included whole body imaging and trunk imaging, and special imaging mainly included thin-section CT of lung and radiotherapy imaging. The relevant accessories for tumor imaging were in good condition, while the analysis software configurations were insufficient. And the usage conditions of relevant soft-hard ware of cardiac imaging and analysis software of nervous system imaging were not good enough. Besides, the requirements of PET-CT reporting system in Chinese, software package of science and research and servicer with high speed were very urge. Conclusion: At present, the latent capacity of PET-CT should be more developed in clinical application. And accordance with the clinical and research requirement to provide accessories for equipment will contribute change current situation.
