冠修复与根管治疗同步治疗隐裂牙牙髓病的应用

Application of crown repair and root canal therapy in the treatment of pulp disease of cracked teeth

目的研究冠修复与根管同步治疗隐裂牙牙髓病的疗效。方法本次研究选取的研究对象为2016年5月至2017年5月期间在本院进行治疗的隐裂牙牙髓病患者120例,根据双盲随机分组原则分为对照组和观察组,各60例,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组实施冠修复与根管同步治疗。将两组隐裂牙牙髓病患者的临床效果、疼痛程度、病牙保护率、治疗后恢复率、不良反应发生情况进行比对。结果观察组隐裂牙牙髓病患者的临床总有效率(96.67%)、病牙保护率(91.67%)、治疗后恢复率(98.33%)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的疼痛率(23.33%)、不良反应发生率(3.33%)低于对照组数据,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠修复与根管同步治疗应用于隐裂牙牙髓病患者中的效果理想,可有效控制疼痛,安全有效。

Objective To study the effect of crown restoration and root canal on pulp disease of cracked teeth. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with dental pulp disease were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of double-blind randomization, which were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017, and were divided into two groups: control group (n=60) and observation group (n= 60). The control group was treated with routine therapy, and the observation group was treated with crown repair and root canal synchronous therapy. The clinical effect, pain degree, tooth protection rate, recovery rate and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate (96.67%), the rate of tooth protection (91.67%) and the recovery rate (98.33%) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The rate of pain (23.33%) and the incidence of adverse reactions (3.33%) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The simultaneous treatment of crown repair and root canal is effective in the treatment of pulp disease of cracked teeth. It can effectively control pain and is safe and effective.
